I was invited to contribute to the blog so I guess that's what I'll do...
I've started a recycling program at work (mostly for paper) and I had been taking it to a city dropoff just for the betterment of the world. Then I realized I could use this resource to better myself LOL. I've done some research and paper recyclers are paying around $125 a ton for paper...there is currently two weeks worth of paper near my desk and I'd guess it weighs between four and five HUNDRED pounds...can anyone say free gas money?!
there are also several things i need to do (build) to the car before it is pnpt ready. I'll keep you updated on their progress, but here are a few of the things off the top of my head:
1. Build cargo container to fit my luggage rack (this will have to meet Kelly's strict standards lol)
2. Build a new center console, focusing on the video monitor, an ipodjack, ac power outlets, and better cup holders.
3. Get my damn air bag light to go out...its okay, the passenger's bag is in ship shape.
4. Build a simple platform for Gus to use in the back seat that we can store stuff under.
5. Of course, have the car inspected by a trained prof. (profesional, not professor haha)
thats all i can think of right now, but that should be enough to keep me busy for a few hours...I'll also try to post pictures as these items are in various stages on construction.
